This unusual quartz cabochon was originally a 14k stick pin and has been converted into a beautiful ring on a 10k gold band.
The color is a milky white with some visible crystalline structure, and its dome shape reminds me of a crystal ball.
I don't really pick up any pink hues from the stone in person, so I'm not calling this a rose quartz. However, in some of the photos, the coloration picks up a bit differently, so I'll ultimately leave that up to you.
I have yet to see anything else like this piece, and I was instantly taken by it when I saw it. As with many jewelry pieces, photos do not do this ring justice. It is a truly magical stone!
