Absolutely incredible black and orange silk taffeta dress circa late 1910s consisting of a bodice and sleeveless tunic overdress.
Bodice is net lace with taffeta sleeves, snap closures down the center front. Tunic is sleeveless black silk taffeta with orange silk lining. It is embroidered with beautiful wisterias! Snap closures down the side and at the top of one shoulder. Long tassel belt with orange and black baubles.
Decorative orange buttons covered with black crochet lace. This dress has so many wonderful details!

Bodice has 40" bust and 30" waist (there is some stretch to the net lace)
Tunic measures 16.75" across the shoulders and 36" at the waist. It is 40" long.

Lovely condition overall with some minor flaws. There is a tiny light spot on the front, which I have not tried to remove. The orange silk lining is damaged in places, as shown. Faint mothball odor.
Wearable with care.
