Lovely stamped metal belt circa late 1890s to early 1900s. I have included a couple of catalog pages in the photos from 1898 (Sears, Roebuck and Co. and H. O'Neill & Co.) that show similar styles, interestingly referred to as "girdles."

It is adjustable from an approximate 29" length at the longest to the smallest length of approx 24.5"
The belt buckle measures approx 2.5" tall and the links are 7/8" tall.
