This adorable blue wool dress likely dates from the late 1910s but could also be very early 1920s (1920-1921).
It came with two pins attached, and I have left them there. One is a cute little enamel pin and the other is a Red Cross pin dated 1921.
It is one piece (attached bodice and skirt) with hook and eye closures down the side front of the bodice and partway down the skirt.
There is an attached belt with three hook and eye closures.
The dress is not fully lined but there is a black cotton lining in the inner waistband, belt, along the inside adjacent to hook, and cuffs. There is a black rayon or possibly silk lining inside the collar. There are decorative black buttons on the front of the bodice.

Lovely condition overall with no major flaws, however there is some faint discoloration/staining on the bodice and skirt. It is not really visible when worn, and I have not washed this piece or attempted to remove the stains.
Some slight wear to the decorative buttons.
This piece is strong and definitely wearable with care.
