It has hook and eye closures down the front middle.

Good antique condition with minor wear.
There are repairs in both armpits and additional thinning spots. A split in one of the sleeves, and a few scattered holes. Some wear to the cuffs.
Surprisingly the fabric is still quite strong and very beautiful. This piece is likely wearable with care.
