Fantastic pools of light locket circa early 20th century.
These are truly magical pieces. Two halves of the sphere open up so you can wear it with a photograph of small memento (perhaps a tiny flower) inside. The spherical shape of the glass magnifies what is inside.
It is also quite beautiful worn without anything inside.
Comes on a gold filled twisted rope long guard chain with a dog clip, which can be worn in a few different ways to vary the length and style.

Good overall condition with some patina and minor wear. There is a small chip inside on one of the halves, but this is not visible when worn and only noticeable on close inspection when opened.
