Sizing on boots is always approximate, and I urge you to take careful measurements and ask any questions prior to purchasing.

I believe these are an approximate size 9-9.5 US women's, but please check the following measurements.

11" inner sole length

3 5/8" width measured across the bottom of the sole at the ball of the foot, and 10 1/4" circumference at the same spot measured from the outside

1" heel

5 7/8" total height

Though they show signs of wear, and are good condition with some flaws to note.

Scuffs, wearing, and staining to the leather, which is soft and supple, not dried out at all. The insoles are worn and have some soiling.

The heels have worn down on the outer edges and would benefit from new heel caps if you plan on wearing these often (very affordable to have done). Soles also have some wear. Color has some darkening and staining. 

These are wearable with care, but do keep in mind they are antiques. I highly suggest finding a good cobbler. It is usually quite affordable to have repairs done.

These boots were made to last a lifetime, and with the proper care and repairs when needed, they will!
