Lovely condition overall but likely best for study or display. The tissue silk and lace are very delicate. Potentially wearable with extra care.
There are some small holes and discolorations throughout, and there was likely a ribbon or twill tape waistband at one point that would have tied to cinch closed, however this is now gone.
All hooks and bars appear present but some are loose.
