This is the most fabulous pair of men's boots I've ever come across! Circa 1890s with a very pointed, very fancy toe. I found them with a pair of wool spats so I'm keeping them together.
From the textured leather, to the fancy diamond toe design, the details on these boots are so good.
Fully lined with canvas, there is an extra strip of soft kid leather lining the top of the ankle. Some handwritten numbers/letters inside the lining of one. I cannot make it out for certain, but I believe it says 10 1/2 B. This likely does not correspond directly to our modern sizes, however.

Fair condition overall for their age, but due to the condition of the leather I would not recommend these for everyday wear. Likely wearable with extra care for a photo shoot.
The leather uppers are somewhat dry with some flaking that might get worse with flexing and bending. The soles are quite good overall but do show wear. Staining and wear to the canvas lining. One of the laces is broken.
The spats are in fairly good condition. Some buttons are replacements, and the leather straps are a bit dry and stiff.
