Gorgeous solid silver (coin silver, which is a bit lower than sterling) by American Waltham Watch Co., circa late 19th century, 1890s.
Lovely engraved floral design on the back.

The watch winds and ticks but doesn't seem to keep perfect time. It may need an oiling and once over, but otherwise it is in wonderful condition with minor age-related wear/patina.
