A fabulous wool knit bodice in the best pumpkin orange, circa 1870s-1880s. I have never seen one like this.
Great soutache and beading details on the front. And it still has the original paper tag!
It buttons all the way down the front on one side. The other side are decorative buttons to match.
The fabric has a good amount of stretch and is free of lining or any other structure. It's almost like a combination of a bodice and a sweater. How cozy :)
