Incredible Art Nouveau piano shawl circa 1900s. An unusual design, this piece features colorful floral embroidery on black net lace.

Measures 60" on each side with 21" of additional fringe.

It is in wonderful condition, especially considering its age. There is one small pinhead sized hole in the net lace and a couple of thread snags (all shown in photos). The fringe has been painstakingly untangled and steamed, and is in overall good condition with minor wear.
This piece is wearable with care and has been steam cleaned.
