Fantastic black cotton velvet dress circa 1920s with an ecru lace collar and cuffs. A rhinestone applique is sewn onto the side.

The dress is in good condition with minor wear. There are a few places where the fabric color has faded, but it is faint and does not detract from the beauty of the dress.
The fabric and construction feel strong enough to wear with care, but as this is an older piece, use your discretion.
