Adorable 1900s dress with cornflower blue embroidery, likely worn by a young woman or teen judging by the style and length.
The fabric is a slightly rougher texture, possibly a wool blend, but I found it comfortable to wear (not overly itchy).
It has hook and eye closures up the back side and cute little decorative buttons on the front of the bodice. It is unlined.

Overall condition of this piece is totally wearable but there are some cosmetic issues to note:
- There are several small, scattered holes throughout
- A few faint stains
- Some seam pulling under the arms
