Typically \"seal plush\" is silk, but this feels like it may be a cotton or perhaps rayon. The lining is a cotton or cotton blend.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eTwo deep pockets on the outside of the coat and one deep pocket in the lining (this appears to have been added later and is made from a different fabric).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eLarge fuzzy side closing buttons, four at the waist and one at the collar. There is an additional celluloid button higher up on the collar also that seems to have been added for a tighter fit at the neck. Three smaller fuzzy buttons can secure the collar to be worn higher on the neck.
