Its appearance is very much like our modern bras, which is what I find unusual about this piece, because most of the early brassieres did not look like this. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThese early brassieres went by a variety of different names and came in many different shapes and styles.
